I am 21 year old USF student and currently living in one of the two bedrooms in this apartment. I am looking for a female USF student that is no older than 23 to sublease the other bedroom in my apartment. This apartment is located close to the pool and clubhouse, with a lake view at Lodge at Lakecrest luxury Apartments. It is a corner unit with no noise (great for studying), has a large kitchen, spacious terrace, and is completely furnished except for the bedroom. Bedroom has its own private bathroom and walk-in closet. Full size Washer and Dryer are in the unit. The community is gated and has a large clubhouse with a gym, movie theater, fire pit, and pool. It is located 2 minutes from Campus, Bullrunner is steps away. I also have a small Pomeranian. Dogs under 15 lbs are welcome for a fee. Covered parking or private garage is available for additional fee. Renter will need to furnish their own bedroom. Utility amount is approximate of $70-75 monthly. I'm looking for someone to lease for at least 6 months. Please do not contact me if you are older than 23. I am subleasing through Lodge at Lakecrest, so you will need to fill out an application with a fee of $75 so that the apartment complex can approve you to live here.
